At John and King Streets a new building is going up and the contractors have built an enclosure around the sidewalk to keep pedestrians safe. Once the plywood goes up so do the posters that people paste to the wood and sometimes the builders put up signs saying post no bills. Around this directive someone has painted pictures of several Bills including Bill Murray, Gates and Clinton. Here is a closeup of Bill Cosby.
It's a good thing this is the entertainment district because this is entertaining. Torontoist has seen a few of these around town.
