Tranquility Now. There was a lot of Yoga going on at Yonge-Dundas Square as Spynga, one of Toronto's premiere studios specializing in yoga and cycling, held the first annual Elevate to Exhale event which celebrated the longest day of the year - Summer Solstice. The free yoga made for a calm break in a hectic business day and ran from 8am to about 6pm.

Spynga held Elevate to Exhale "event to enhance the camaraderie in Toronto's yoga community, and give this city's melting pot of culture a chance to break the conventional mindset of yoga.  It will teach participants that yoga need not be practiced in a quite room, and the true practice of yoga can help all people find peace in the body and mind even amidst a bustling urban centre."

Besides the colourful mats donated and coaching by Lululemon Athletica there were other venders and sponsors on board for the day. Sponsors and venders like Starbucks, Ecoexistence and Passport to Prana. Here are some of the great sayings from the Lululemon booth.
