The Lexus RX 400h was introduced in 2006 as the world's first hybrid-powered luxury crossover SUV. It is a fuel efficient, environmentally conscious version of its popular counterpart, the Lexus RX 350. It has the same sleek style that you would expect from Lexus, but is a gasoline/electric powered hybrid crossover SUV. While gas prices continue to rise, the hybrid-powered Lexus RX 400h boasts excellent fuel economy, increased horsepower, and fewer emissions. Buying a hybrid vehicle has tax benefits as well, and may qualify you for up to $3,000 in tax credits.

This hybrid was actually rolled out in January 2004 at the North American International Auto Show a few months after the Ford Escape Hybrid was introduced. The Escape was so well received that it was a no-brainer that the Lexus RX 400h Hybrid would be received just as well. It was an immediate hit and the Escape suddenly found itself a competitor. Plus, Lexus is Toyota's high end product so fans of the vehicle expected it to be elegant and appealing.

All in all I'd give the Lexus RX full marks for being a good family 4x4. Whether your journeys are mainly on the motorway or more challenging routes, the Used Lexus RX is more than up to the job. Excellent performance and comfort combine with good looks and great practicality

Lexus' are highly reliable vehicles and they have managed to live up to their high-quality and luxury name. Even though the hybrid has been around since 2005, there have been no production setbacks or problems related to the vehicle. The way it's designed lends credence to the fact that there may never be any manufacturing setbacks.

The CT 200 hybrid is a premium compact car. That's not too unusual. The thing that gets your attention, however, is that this is a hybrid vehicle. Recently, my wife. Judy and I were in New Orleans for the introduction of the all-new Lexus CT. Actually, the exact designation is the CT 200h, a premium compact hybrid car.

In fact the same thing applies to the Lexus LFA. In fact, both the cars from Lexus are really a great invention of technology and as a result it is expected that its popularity would increase in the coming years.

Lexus, The stylish CT 200h has an attitude and driving dynamic unlike any other Lexus hybrid. The CT 200h’s Lexus Hybrid Drive technology features two motor generators. The drive motor is driven by electrical power from the hybrid battery pack or generator and provides motive force for the front wheels.

Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Traction Control (TRAC) are less intrusive when Sport mode is selected, allowing for more lively driving. Like all Lexus vehicles, CT 200h will be equipped with many standard active safety features including an anti-lock brake system (ABS) with electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA), TRAC and VSC.


Numerous elements of the MacPherson strut front suspension system were developed exclusively for the CT 200h by Lexus engineers. ECO and NORMAL drive modes place the emphasis on a Relaxing driving mood. SPORT mode focuses on a Dynamic driving mood, offering customers an engaging, entertaining driving experience appropriate to the first Lexus in the European premium compact segment. This unique driving mode is not available to drivers of mild hybrid vehicles, requiring the full hybrid technology of Lexus Hybrid Drive.
